1. Organic shaved brussel sprouts
2. Uncured bacon (half package)
3. Balsamic Glaze
4. Garlic
Cut up uncooked bacon into small pieces and cook in skillet. Add shaved Brussel sprouts and garlic (if your bacon produces an excess amount of grease dump some out, otherwise let the sprouts cook in it). Add balsamic glaze and viola! So good!
