I Love Salads!

So many ways to make a salad epic! Always make your own dressing. Super easy and avoid the highly processed unhealthy oils in store bought options.

Protein: shrimp, salmon, meat, beans, eggs

Healthy Fats: olive oil, avacado, olives, seeds and nuts

Veggies: literally anything

Other: berries or other fruits, dried fruits, sauerkraut or other fermented foods (probiotics)

I love adding chia seeds or hemp seeds they have so many great benefits. Remember flax seeds aren’t digested whole they need to be ground.
