1. 1/2 cup of cooked sorghum
2. 1 banana
4. 1/4 tsp Vanilla
5. Pinch of salt
6. Toppings: anything but I used: 1. strawberries, dried apple, chia seeds and honey 2. Dried apple, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and honey
Directions: Mash banana in bowl. Mix in sorghum and water/milk to make it a good consistency. Microwave until hot. Add toppings.
This was SO good! I can’t have oats and quinoa flakes are gross… lol so i tried this and it was delicious. Sorghum is firmer than most grains, so expect that.
Sorghum is naturally gluten free. So this recipe is totally clean!
