Garlic Crock Pot Artichokes

1. Artichokes (cleaned & opened)

2. Garlic

3. Broth or stock – 1 box

4. Parsley

5. Olive Oil

Combine garlic, parsley and some salt in a dish. Set artichokes flat in crock pot. Pour broth over artichokes, it will mainly fill the bottom of the pot. Add garlic mixture to artichokes rubbing and and getting in between cracks. Cook and enjoy!
